Ray Smith x 106President, CEORay Smith, a native of Long Island, has 30 years of experience in contributing his expertise to the growth and development of the Hamptons. His passion for landscape care has propelled him to become an important part of the East End landscape and tree care industry. He is the Director of Horticulture at LongHouse Reserve and is a Certified Arborist. Ray is also a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. His name and good reputation are well known throughout the East End by clients and industry peers.

Jackson Dodds x 110Vice President, Tree Care Division Manager
Jackson is a graduate SUNY-Farmingdale with a Bachelors in Landscape Management. He is a Certified Arborist and a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional. He was born and raised locally, having worked as an arborist in the Hamptons for more than 10 years, and has a excellent knowledge of the local growing conditions. Jackso currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Arboriculture Association.

Howard Goldenberg x 104Technical Training & Consultative Services
Howard is a Certified Arborist and an Accredited Organic Land Care Professional. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Horticulture, and has over 25 years of industry experience. He assures that our crews are trained to exceed industry standards and are up to date on the latest techniques and information; while meeting all required safety regulations. Howard coordinates & performs much of our consulting services and assists with our plant health care programs.
